Terms of Use

Introduction. Welcome to www.tusmirt.ma ( "Tusmirt"). By accessing Tusmirt, you accept the Terms of Service below, which were designed to Tusmirt that works to everyone's satisfaction. These terms and conditions shall be applicable as of June 12, 2008.

Using Tusmirt. You must place ads in the appropriate category, and you adopt the behaviour following:

     * Violate any laws or the Rules on Prohibited Content;
     * Give false information or likely to induce recipients into error;
     * Infringe the rights held by third parties;
     * Send unsolicited e-mail to commercial (spam) or systems offer channels for money or pyramid schemes;
     * Disseminate viruses or other technologies likely to undermine Tusmirt or to the interests and property of other users Tusmirt;
     * Impose an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper functioning of Tusmirt;
     * Copy, modify, or distribute any content belonging to others;
     * Collect or get in any other manner of information about others, including e-mail addresses, without permission;
     * Circumvent measures designed to prevent or restrict access to Tusmirt.

This list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to withdraw without warning or notice any other material that would not be consistent with the values and spirit of our community.

Abuse. Please use the reporting system to bring to our attention any problem or offensive content so that we can ensure the smooth operation of the site. We may terminate or reduce access to our services, remove certain content hosted and take technical and legal measures to prohibit access to certain users Tusmirt if we believe they are problematic or behave in a manner inconsistent with our regulations or the spirit thereof. However, whether or not we decide to prohibit a user to access Tusmirt, we exclude all responsibility for unauthorized use or illicit Tusmirt by its users.

Content. Tusmirt contains elements belonging to us that you own and belonging to other users. You agree not to copy, modify or distribute the elements of the site Tusmirt and our patents and trademarks. By accepting the Terms of Use, you are giving us, for the duration of intellectual property rights, the right to reproduce the entire visual and audiovisual services (including Tusmirt as well as any advertising material), perform, distribute any current or future process communication (especially the Internet) and adapt the content you provide. These rights are granted on a non-exclusive, worldwide so, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable (In particular, we need these rights to house and display your content). If you consider that a violation has been brought to your rights, or content that is unlawful, please inform the head Tusmirt following so that we can conduct an investigation. We reserve the possibility of withdrawing content if we have reason to believe that it constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service or rights held by third parties.
Disclaimer. You agree not to hold us responsible for the ads placed online by users or user actions. Since most content on Tusmirt come from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the advertisements or commercial users on the quality, safety or legality of what is being proposed. We can not guarantee a continuous and secure access to our services. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude any form of guarantee. We can not be held responsible for any financial loss or commercial in any harm to reputation, or for any direct or indirect result of your use of Tusmirt. To the extent that some countries restrict the scope of the exclusion of warranty or liability, it is possible that the above exclusions do not enforceable.

Personal information. Using Tusmirt, you consent to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by Tusmirt International Limited ( "the controller") on servers located in France, in accordance with our rules on compliance of privacy. You also consent to receive promotional communications from us, unless you do not wish to receive such communications.

Misc. These Terms of Service, as well as other regulations placed on Tusmirt (hereinafter collectively, the "Contract") constitute the entire agreement between you and Tusmirt, and supersede any prior agreement. This contract shall be governed by the law french. The fact that Tusmirt not to seek the execution of any of the provisions hereof, does not mean that Tusmirt waives any subsequent breach. If a court were to render ineffective any of the provisions hereof, the remaining provisions remain in force. We have the right to assign this contract of right and discretion, in accordance with clause notification below. With the exception of notifications relating to illegal content or prejudicial to the right, your notifications will be sent by mail. We will send you any notification through the e-mail address you provide to us. We will update this contract at any time, any updates that enters into force on the date of the first of two events that will happen following: (a) at the first ad that you put online after the update days or (b) 30 days after the update.
